This means that when you choose Go Mini’s® over PODS®, you can enjoy 235 more cubic feet of storage – enough to fit six love seats or another entire room of furniture! In some cases, you would need to rent two PODS® containers to move the same amount of valuables you could move in just one Go Mini’s® container.

While many of our customers require only a single 20-foot unit to move their home, we also offer 16-foot and 12-foot containers. However, even those units contain more cubic space than the 12-foot and 16-foot units PODS® offers. Based on internal container dimensions, our 16-foot container offers 31 more cubic feet of space than a PODS® 16-foot container. One of our 12-foot containers are specially designed to offer 17 more cubic feet than a 12-foot container from PODS®. Easier Delivery Options

Our delivery system requires only 6 inches of space on each side of the container, for a total of 9 feet in width. This allows us to place a container just a few inches from the edge of your driveway or just a few inches from a second container, maximizing your space. The PODS® delivery system requires 2 feet on each side of the container for a total of 12 feet in width, taking up more space without adding any storage. Our delivery system also includes padded wheels that allow us to smoothly roll the container onto your driveway, protecting both your driveway and your valuables inside the storage container.

More Tie-Down Points

Our 16-foot containers offer 25% more tie-down points than PODS®' comparable 16-foot containers. More tie-down points equate to more opportunities to secure your valuables, making them safer on the road. For the best outcomes, load your container like you would load a truck. If you are planning on transporting your unit, it’s important to prepare your contents for riding on the open road, going up and down exit ramps, and withstanding stop-and-go traffic. Smooth Interior Storage

While competing portable storage companies have walls and support beams made from porous-treated lumber, all of our containers are made of smooth, powder-coated steel. Wood-based materials run a higher risk of splintering and holding odor, but powder-coated steel is designed to greatly minimize odor, mold, and mildew when household goods rest up against them over a period of time.
